| Name : | Counties Manukau AOD Consumer Network | | Description : | The Network is run by and for anyone identifying as an AOD Service consumer, or anyone (especially Counties Manukau residents) who wishes to give and / or receive support to make changes to AOD use (inc achieving & maintaining ‘recovery’). The Network Manager carries out much of the work as decided by the consumers from the Networks Steering Group.
, Regular Network meetings are held to discuss issues relevant to consumers and recovery.
, Two weekly Self Help – Peer Support Groups are facilitated by the Network, (Everyone’s personal AOD goals & concept of recovery is respected).
